Our multi-use Step is made of high-density polyethylene, comes with a slip-proof, durable mat on top of the platform . Use it as a rised flat platform for your cardio workouts as seen in Karen's "Ultimate Step Circuit" and "Energy Sprint"
It coverts easily to an incline bench for strength-training workouts like "Firm Arms & Abs".
This Step is a generous 40" long and 14" wide. With the risers you'll get a maximum height of 8''.
Steps are drop-shipped from the Midwest factory by UPS and arrives separately from other items you may be ordering. We are unable to ship Steps overseas or to APO addresses.
